Welcome to supa-space Website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at [Your Full Website URL e.g., https://www.supa-space.com] (the "Site"), operated by supa-space ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, including the cost calculator, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to Site use. Architectural design services provided by supa-space are governed by a separate written service agreement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site according to these Terms for personal, non-commercial informational purposes related to our architectural services.

Site content (text, graphics, calculator, etc.) is for informational purposes only and is not professional architectural, financial, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on Site information.

The Site includes a cost calculator providing preliminary estimates for supa-space's potential fixed architectural service fees for projects based on your input. You acknowledge:

• Estimates Non-Binding: Figures are estimates only, not quotes or offers.
• Scope: The fee estimate covers potential fixed fees for supa-space's RIBA Stage 0-4 architectural design services in .
• Exclusions: Estimates exclude construction costs, VAT, third-party fees (structural engineers, surveyors), council application fees, site surveys, finishes, etc.
• Accuracy Dependence: Accuracy relies on your input (area, quality, postcode). We are not liable for errors from incorrect input. Ensure your postcode is within Greater for relevant estimates.
• Subject to Change: Estimates may be revised based on specific site conditions, complexity, or scope changes discussed during consultation.
• No Contract: Using the calculator does not create a client relationship or service contract with supa-space.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully or for prohibited purposes, including:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site or calculator logic.
• Using automated systems (robots, spiders) excessively.
• Interfering with system integrity or security.
• Harvesting personally identifiable information.
• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Damaging or impairing the Site.
• Data scraping or mining.

Currently, formal service engagements and payments are handled offline. These Terms will be updated if online contract/payment functionalities are introduced via the Site in the future.

The Site and its contents (information, software, text, images, design, calculator logic) are owned by supa-space or its licensors and protected by UK and international IP laws. The supa-space name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of supa-space. Use requires prior written permission.

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". supa-space disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that calculator estimates are perfectly accurate (see Section 3).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, supa-space (and its affiliates, directors, employees) shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Site use or inability to use.

Our liability is limited and excluded as permitted under applicable law. This does not exclude liability for death/personal injury from negligence or for fraud.

Reliance on calculator estimates is at your own risk; we are not liable for decisions or costs based on them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes should first be addressed through informal negotiation by contacting us at hello@supa-space.com. Allow 30 days for informal resolution.

Failing informal resolution, legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
